ZZP ATS Aluminum Radiator

ZZPerformance is proud to offer the very first 100% aluminum radiator for the Cadillac ATS. GM has continued to use plastic end tanks on their radiators, and with time those end tanks will eventually crack and fail. This fully aluminum radiator will dissipate heat faster, looks better, and has more advanced cooling properties. Installs like factory, with no modifications needed. Re-uses stock fans and sensors, and transmission line fittings are included. Fits 2013-2016 ATS 2.0L, and 3.6L. Also fits 2014-2015 Cadillac CTS 2.0, and 3.6. May fit 2017-Present ATS, however we have not confirmed fitment. Will bolt up to 2.5 cars, however only the 2.5 has a provision for a coolant sensor that our radiator does not have. Radiator petcock size is 1/4" NPT.

ZZP LTG Forged Short Block

ZZP's solution to the fragile LTG engine is here, our ZZP LTG forged short block. We start with a core engine, we then wash, bore & hone it using a torque plate (.25mm), resurface, and then add our ZZP 4340 rods, JE forged pistons, ZZP injector spacers, ZZP main bolt kit, and OEM rod and main bearings. We install all parts, and set ring gap before it goes out the door. What you will receive is a freshly assembled short block that will be able to take the extra power you may want to throw at it, and be more reliable than an LTG from the factory. It is well known that the LTG 2.0L engine is quite weak from the factory. A variety of factors can lead to LTG's chipping pistons and "blowing up", even in stock form. While you can try to alleviate various stressors by using good quality gas (or E85) and colder spark plugs, unfortunately a blown up stock LTG is quite inevitable. Our ZZP forged rods and pistons are rated at much higher horsepower and torque levels than the factory components and can withstand the abuse from a larger than factory turbocharger like our ZFR series or our Z54/Z57 turbo. Our ZZP forged short block does not include an oil pan, front cover, injectors, turbo, intake manifold, starter, timing components, cylinder head, head bolts/studs, and various accessories like AC compressor. We highly recommend replacing your factory intake manifold after an engine failure, the intake manifold has long runners and can store pieces of engine material that could lead to a future failure even after cleaning; we offer the intake manifold here. (We do not include an oil pan or front cover because they are specific to your drivetrain.)How to purchase: Year: We offer two options for year range, 2013-2015 and 2016+. The early LTG engines have a traditional starter setup, while the 2016+ cars use a start/stop starter and the blocks are shaped differently to accommodate this. You will re-use your OEM starter on this engine. Note: Warranty for this product includes a 1 year manufacturer's defect warranty. If a part fails you must reach out to us, remove the part, then send it back to us for inspection once an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is sent. ZZP DOES NOT cover exterior costs such as labor, shipping, lost wages, rental car time, etc. Power related failures are also not covered under the engine's warranty.These engines are built to order, may take 1 to 2 weeks to ship after order.

OEM LTG Complete Engine - 2016+

This is a brand new zero mile fully assembled OEM LTG 2.0L engine for the 2016+ RWD vehicles. Engine ships complete with turbo, intake manifold, injectors, oil pan, throttle body, and all accessories except the AC compressor and alternator. Intended for RWD applications, however can fit AWD or FWD (transverse) applications by swapping components from your stock engine. If you have any questions, please email customerservice@zzperformance.com. Since this is a 100% stock engine it is not intended for high horsepower applications. If you're looking for a bulletproof engine solution for your high horsepower LTG we have our ZZP forged short block, found here, and our ZZP forged long block, found here. ZZP LTG Z54 Turbo

After more than two years in development and testing, we are ready to release our new Z54 turbo for the LTG platform. Since 2017, we have sold several hundred of our popular Z54 and Z57 model turbos for the Ecotec platform, and we're now bringing this technology to the LTG market. Since the release of our ZFR bolt on turbo for the Ecotec platform, it has been a very popular product. Our ZFR turbos offer an amazing combination of high horsepower potential with minimal turbo lag. However, the dual ball bearing system and titanium-aluminum alloy exhaust wheels add a considerable amount to the price of these turbos. The Z54 is a perfect combination of power and the classic ZZP "Go Fast Not Broke" affordability. Our Z54 turbo is designed to bolt in place of the factory TD04 turbo on the LTG engine. It allows you to reuse your existing intake and exhaust parts without any adapters. While boost will still be controlled by your ECM, you will need to have your tune set up for this turbo. The wastegate duty cycle chart is the main area that needs to be modified. Since this turbo is fully manufactured and marketed as a ZZP product, it also carries our standard 2 year warranty. Comes with all necessary hardware, v-band outlet adapter, coolant, and oil lines for installation. The ZZP 50mm Blow Off Valve (of BOV) kit includes a high-quality billet aluminum blow off valve, weld-on flange(if selected), v-band clamp, and fittings. All units are tested for leakage and proper opening. Our 50mm BOV is unmatched at it’s price. How to order your Blow Off Valve: Version: 18" spring, the BOV will open with 18" of vacuum. This is recommended for most setups, including LSJ and 3800 turbo cars.6" spring, this is specifically for the LNF, LTG, and 1.4 because the factory PCM uses a solenoid to bypass boost to save itself. Flange Option: What style flange do you need? If you purchase our IC pipes that come with a flange on them, you will not need to order a flange. We have aluminum, stainless and we even offer the BOV without a flange if you already have a pipe setup for it. The 50mm BOV shares the TiAl style flange.This is a universal blow off valve. Does not bolt directly on to a stock turbo setup with a bypass valve like the Cruze, Sonic, ATS, Camaro, or stock turbo LNF car.

ZZP LTG Billet Wastegate Actuator

There are three main things that primarily control the boost on your 2.0T LTG. The ECM, the bypass solenoid, and finally the mechanical wastegate diaphragm. This is the part that holds the wastegate flapper closed until desired boost is achieved, then it releases exhaust into your downpipe to maintain that desired boost. The factory one is weak and can prematurely fail and is also known to not be able to hold desired boost to redline. This is an aftermarket replacement bypass valve that has increased spring pressure which will hit your desired boost quicker and maintain a more consistent boost for higher RPM power (due to keeping boost PSI higher to redline). Important: This product will help avoid a P0299 "under boost" code, but will also increase your chance of getting a P0234 "over boost" code. We highly recommend a PCM tune when installing an aftermarket wastegate actuator. Fits: 2013-2019 Cadillac ATS 2.0t, 2016-2022 Chevy Camaro 2.0t, 2014-2020 Buick Regal 2.0T, 2014-2020 Cadillac CTS 2.0T, 2013-Present Chevy Malibu. Should fit other LTG engine platform vehicles like Envision, Equinox, etc. but we have not tested fitment with stock turbo heat shield. Does not bolt onto our ZFR or Z54/57 turbos. Fitment note: May interfere with Mishimoto drivers side catch can. Cap can be rotated to clear the can.

NGK Spark Plugs answered the call for a spark plug with lower sparking voltage requirements by developing the V-Power, the only spark plug with a v-groove center electrode on the market today. Why is this important? The v-groove center electrode on a V-Power spark plug forces the spark to the outer edge of the ground electrode, placing it closer to the air/fuel mixture. What this does is allow the spark to more quickly ignite the mixture, providing more complete combustion. More complete combustion not only provides more power, it also means less harmful emissions. These emissions are not only damaging to the environment, they can reduce the life of expensive catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. V-Power Spark Plugs also require lower ignition firing voltage, resulting in quicker starts and easier cold weather starts throughout the life of the plugs. NGK's patented v-groove design allows the ignition system to easily spark in these dense air/fuel mixtures. The flame kernel will quickly grow and allow the engine to potentially make more power since it now is operating more efficiently. As an added bonus, the v-groove forcing the spark to the outer edge of the ground electrode helps reduce the "quenching" effect, reducing misfires caused by high cylinder pressures "blowing out" the spark. They are available in 1 step colder than stock and 2 step colder racing plugs. Select your option with the drop down. It is not recommended to run 2 steps colder except in race or nitrous applications as they foul out quickly. Sold in sets of 4.
