Rechristened as the Mozzafiato FAST, this machine is ready to brew and steam in as little as 15 minutes. Those familiar with the unique side panels that rise up to form the railings of the cup tray will appreciate the subtle modernization that keeps the machine as captivating as ever. Features and Benefits The Mozzafiato FAST R brews and steams with an insulated 1.8L heat exchanger copper boiler with PID regulation. Simultaneous brewing and steaming are possible on the Mozzafiato with an adjustable temperature range of 244 - 253° F. The steam and hot water valves are velvety smooth and the overall steaming performance on the machine is quite impressive thanks to the copper boiler. Brewing makes use of a near silent rotary pump which also enables the machine to be connected directly to a home water supply for unlimited water. When brewing, the discreet PID display doubles as a shot timer and also allows you to program several additional settings including boiler temperature, toggling eco mode on or off, switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit and selecting between reservoir or water line operation. Hario Cold Process Water Dripper Tower Overview A unique approach to the cold brew process, Hario's Cold Process Water Dripper Tower adheres to the philosophy that slow and steady wins the race. The Dripper Tower can brew up to 26 oz of coffee concentrate at a a time with a process that takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Cold water is loaded into the reservoir located on top of the tower while ground coffee goes in the filtered holder below. Water drips from the reservoir and into the grounds, extracting a clean and flavorful cup of coffee with minimal acidity and bitterness. The flow rate of the water is controlled by a valve on the reservoir to adjust for a longer or shorter extraction time. The 26 oz brewed concentrate drips into a glass server that sits at the base of the tower, and is enough for approximately 2 to 6 cups of coffee.
