Fenwick's warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents/neglect, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or improper care. There is an applicable service fee associated with all Fenwick warranty claims. Should you damage your rod due to improper use, misuse, wear and tear, neglect, or in any other manner that isn't the fault of the manufacturer, Fenwick will, at their discretion, provide an option to purchase a replacement rod.
