Caraway Cream Havarti Cheese

About 100 years ago, a farmer's wife who lived in North Zealand became interested in the art of cheesemaking. She traveled through Europe to learn the secrets of this craft, and upon her return, she began to experiment with her newly acquired techniques. She named her finest creation after her farm, "Havarthi". Today's Cream Havarti is a direct descendant of the original creation. It has an ivory interior patterned with a myriad of tiny holes and is mild, creamy, and mellow. Ours is made on Denmark's Bornholm Island, also known as The Sunny Island, by the Bornholm Dairy under the St. Clements brand. Made from pasteurized cow's milk. Photo depicts whole 9 lb. form of cheese. We cut and wrap this item by hand.

Julianna Herbed Goat Cheese

Julianna is the perfect blend of soft and creamy goat cheese, with the twist of a gorgeous coating of fresh herbs and flowers. The herbs and pretty flower give it a lovely rustic look but also add an aromatic layer that elevates the bright, tangy flavor of the goat cheese beneath. With each creamy mouthful you get a hint of thyme and rosemary, which balances the fresh, citrusy notes of the cheese. Julianna works beautifully on a cheeseboard, but it's also amazing crumbled over salads. Pair it with a crisp Rosé or Chardonnay for a refreshing combo, and serve it with roasted nuts and dried fruits to highlight the cheese’s herbal flavors.

Sage and Herbs Cheddar Cheese
