With our GTechniq ceramic paint coating kit, your vehicle will get iron-clad protection from the elements in a DIY-friendly formula. This two-step kit includes bottles of GTechniq EXOv5 and Crystal Serum Light. Both provide excellent protection by themselves. Together, they are a practically impenetrable force to maintain your paint through the harshest conditions while also delivering a smooth finish and eye-catching shine. A Coating That’s Twice as Powerful Start by applying GTechniq Crystal Serum Light following the included instructions. This is the consumer-grade version of professional Crystal Serum, offering about 80% of the protection level without requiring a certification. It’s also much easier to modify or remove if you mess something up the first time. Once you’ve completed the Crystal Serum Light, you can immediately apply GTechniq EXOv5. This coating has been shown to still create water beading even after 600 washes — you could scrub your car once a week for over 10 years and EXOv5 will still repel water! It also protects against UV rays, dirt and scratches. DIRECTIONS: For  GTechniq EXOv5 -  1. To apply GTechniq EXOv5, your vehicle must be indoors and remain indoors for at least 12 hours after application. 2. If required polish your paintwork to remove any imperfections. 3. Use Gtechniq panel wipe and a MF1 microfibre cloth to remove all polish residue. Chemically bonding EXOv5, bonds best to surgically clean surfaces. 4. Prime the applicator evenly with a good amount of product so that the pad is damp. 5. Apply with overlapping strokes to a small panel or half a large panel. 6. Wait 1 to 2 minutes and buff with an MF1, followed by a second MF1 to remove any smearing. Only one coat of EXOv5 is required. For Crystal Serum Light - 1. To apply Crystal Serum Light, your vehicle must be indoors and remain indoors for at least 12 hours after application. 2. If required polish your paintwork to remove any imperfections. 3. Use Gtechniq panel wipe and a MF1 microfibre cloth to remove all residues. Chemically bonding Crystal Serum Light will adhere best to surgically clean surfaces. 4. Soak the application pad with 3 full measures from the pipette. 5. Spread onto a small panel, or half a large panel and immediately remove residue with a MF1 cloth, follow with a second wipe.
